Works with minimal supervision in a confidential environment
• Comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day to day activities
• Strong interpersonal abilities: ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexible
• Computer skills – current Excel, Word, Payroll Systems, On-line Benefit packages
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work extended hours (when necessary)
• Experience conducting research and coordinating projects


Knowledge of best practice methods and terminology used in record-keeping
• Excellent understanding of procedures and policies related to human resource, payroll and data processing
• Previous experience with group benefits, pension plans, payroll and HRIS administration
