Description

One of In-TAC's Employer Partner is looking for a Manager, Client Implementations to take their Client Implementation experience to the next level. In this role, you will oversee their high-performing Implementations team, which includes Team Leads, an Operations Lead, Implementation Specialists, and Data Conversion Specialists, to shape a best-in-class service delivery model and client experience for companies implementing their Human Capital Management (HCM) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. Your work will help build better workplaces for hundreds of thousands of people across Canada! 

 

What you’ll do: 

 

Onboard new Implementations team members:

 

  • Maintain on boarding and training plans for the Implementations team 
  • Lead team-specific on boarding and ensure new team members are on all required distribution lists 
  • Establish and communicate company's Implementations best practices

 

Provide career coaching, mentorship, and performance management to your team:

 

  • Meet with each team member for monthly 121 conversations to discuss and align on personal and professional development, and to provide guidance on related goal setting and growth 
  • Lead and complete bi-annual performance review process for direct reports 
  • Periodically sit in on Implementations sessions to identify coaching opportunities 
  • Research and recommend relevant training opportunities to the People team

 

Oversee Implementations operations and projects:

 

  • Evaluate and manage individual role accountabilities, as well as quarterly team rocks
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings and track milestones 
  • Scope out standard, custom projects for new clients (by GL Export – not entirely unique customizations) 
  • Act as the point of escalation for any client issues related to Implementations 
  • Push your team and clients to stay on time and on track

 

Guide the continuous improvement of Implementations processes, tools and strategies:

 

  • Research, develop and contribute ideas on where to focus time and efforts in order to improve the Implementations process and reduce friction /Time to Value (TTV) 
  • Work closely with CX Ops to identify and propose new opportunities, tools and best practices to assist inthe prioritization of team efforts and resources
Qualifications

  • Tech and/or Consulting Experience – You have at least five to seven years of technology / software experience, or consulting experience working alongside tech clients in systems implementation, integration, and/or process re-engineering

  • Project Management Skills – You bring strong Project Management experience and are exceptional with organization, time management, and attention to detail
