Lead research strategy, execution, and management of client insights repository
Set design vision & facilitate design ideation activities
Create supporting artifacts to communicate journey vision (storyboards, journey maps, blueprints, etc.)
Own the UX/UI design of all client sites and apps
Manage a team of junior UX designers, providing coaching and critique to ensure quality and consistency in delivered designs
Support the expansion of visual design capabilities
Drive the optimization of our graphic and creative workflow and processes to maximize efficiency and consistency in design
Ensure Services are developed using design thinking and customer/user experience best practices
Identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements - manage capture and resolution of issues identified in testing
Work in close partnership with the Journey owner to define and continuously revise product vision – including prioritization of epics and
user stories
Must be a current Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident in order to apply for this position.

Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent area, or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience designing quality products or digital services, including experience leading a team
A solid grasp of design thinking and concepts, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic
analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
Deep familiarity with UX heuristics and design best practices
Knowledge of design strategy and vision methodologies
Experience in software and development - working knowledge of front-end development, HTML and CSS
Knowledge and experience with interactive design domain
Demonstrated visual design skills, and specifically design production abilities for digital interfaces using industry-standard tools like Adobe
XD, Sketch, and Figma
Field research skills, specifically interviewing and observational study
Experience in leading customer’s interaction/integration
