Our In-TAC’s Advanced Literacy & Essential Skills – ALES is a national training program targeting Internationally Trained Professionals (ITPs) and employers with ITPs who are facing challenges in advancing in the Canadian IT Sector. Our designed trainings welcome newcomer IT professionals who would like to learn strategies to enhance their Workplace Communication in their Canadian IT workplace. Our program focuses on oral and written communication, teamwork, cultural and emotional intelligence, critical thinking, creativity, and more.

In-TAC’s training program is catered for Internationally Trained Professionals – ITPs, who are highly skilled in their specialism and looking to advance their strategic thinking as a competitive strategy to working more effectively with teams, supervisors, clients and businesses.
